NXT at a glance
NXT Consulting Group is a strategy consulting firm headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. It serves organizations that want to move forward but are not yet sure how, turning complex problems into evidence, reasoning and clear options, and works alongside the client's team until that team can run the result. Before NXT, the founding team delivered 70+ projects over their careers for private companies, SET50 listed companies and government agencies; NXT's own record is 12 engagements for government, state enterprises, universities and companies. The firm offers six service lines: strategy, market research and evaluation (including SROI), operations excellence, data analytics, AI transformation and organization transformation, plus fractional CSO/COO support for organizations that need senior strategy or operations leadership without a full-time hire. Engagements range from a 4–8 week Advisory Sprint to multi-month strategy-to-implementation work.
