NXT Consulting Group 是一家总部位于泰国曼谷、专注战略与评估的管理咨询公司。公司服务于想要向前推进却不确定该怎么做的组织：把复杂问题转化为证据、推理和清晰的选项，并与客户团队并肩工作，直到对方团队能够自行运行成果。在创立 NXT 之前，创始团队在其职业生涯中已为私营企业、SET50 上市公司和政府机构交付 70 余个项目；NXT 自身的记录为 12 个项目，客户包括政府机构、国有企业、大学和企业。公司提供六大服务线：战略与增长、评估与影响（含 SROI）、市场调研、客户与忠诚度战略、数字、AI 与数据战略以及组织与运营转型，并为需要资深战略或运营领导力、但不打算全职聘用的组织提供兼职 CSO/COO 支持。合作形式从 4–8 周的咨询冲刺（Advisory Sprint）到持续数月、从战略延伸至落地的项目不等。
