NXT Consulting Group is a strategy consulting firm headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. Founded by alumni of McKinsey & Company, PwC, Deloitte, and Arthur D. Little, NXT has delivered 70+ strategic projects for private enterprises, SET 50 listed companies, and government agencies across Thailand and Southeast Asia. The firm offers six service lines: strategy consulting, market research and evaluation, operations excellence, data analytics, digital innovation, and organization transformation. NXT was the first firm in Thailand to offer fractional CSO and COO services — giving growth-stage companies access to senior strategic leadership without full-time cost. Engagements range from focused diagnostic sprints to multi-month strategy-to-implementation programs. NXT also conducts SROI (Social Return on Investment) assessments for government agencies and social enterprises needing evidence-based impact measurement.
