What we receive

• Contact form: name, organization, email, phone, selected topics and your message. They are delivered by email to the company mailbox through the EmailJS service. The website does not store them in a database.
• Site usage (only if you accept cookies): pages viewed, device, browser, approximate city or country, and referral source, via Google Analytics 4, plus ad measurement via Google Ads.
• Job applications: the CV and documents you email us when applying.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) may log data such as IP address and access time for security and to deliver the site.

Purposes and legal basis

• Replying to and following up on your enquiry: steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest.
• Considering your job application: steps at your request before a contract.
• Measuring and improving the website: based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Keeping the website secure: our legitimate interest.

How long we keep it

• Contact-form emails: kept in the company mailbox for as long as needed to reply to and handle your enquiry. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Job applications: kept only as long as needed to consider your application. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Google Analytics data: kept for up to 14 months under our settings.

Sharing and transfers abroad

We do not sell or rent personal data. It is processed only by providers the website needs: EmailJS (form email delivery), Google (Analytics and Ads) and Vercel (hosting). These providers may process data outside Thailand under their own data-protection safeguards.

Cookies

Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) and Google Ads cookies (such as _gcl_au) measure site usage and ad performance, and Google may use them to show you our ads. They are set only after you click Accept; their lifetimes follow Google's defaults. If you decline, these cookies are not set. We remember your choice in your browser (localStorage) so we don't ask again.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) you may request access to and a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection to processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. If you believe processing breaks the law, you may complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
