On 3 September 2026, NXT Consulting Group ran a focus group with the relevant public agencies to gather views on the draft strategic plan for electronic transactions, B.E. 2571 to 2575 (2028 to 2032), as part of a project in which NXT is the consultant to the Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA).
Feedback from the participating agencies will be used to refine the draft plan.
NXT's consulting project for ETDA
ETDA engaged NXT as the consultant for a project to review and assess the value impact and digital competitiveness of electronic transactions for businesses, the public sector and citizens, together with an assessment of service users' satisfaction. The work covers how electronic transactions affect value and digital competitiveness from the point of view of businesses, government and citizens, and how satisfied service users are.
Part of the project is supporting the preparation of the strategic plan for electronic transactions for B.E. 2571 to 2575 (2028 to 2032). This focus group was one of the steps that bring the views of the agencies concerned into the draft plan.
Why views are gathered before a plan is final
A focus group shows the people preparing a plan how the agencies that must carry it out read its goals and approaches: which points are already clear, which still need work, and which constraints must be addressed before the plan is put forward. Listening while the plan is still a draft helps make the final plan one that can be carried out.
